Veronica

Owner/Pet Stylist

Veronica has loved animals her entire life, with a career that blends professional grooming and veterinary management. She began grooming at PetSmart while attending Worcester State University, where she trained through their academy to become a certified pet stylist. Over the years, she has honed her skills with both dogs and cats, with a special fondness for Standard Poodles and Shih Tzus.

Alongside grooming, Veronica spent a decade managing veterinary hospitals, building strong teams dedicated to excellent pet care. These experiences gave her a unique perspective on both health and hygiene, which she now brings to her salon to provide pets with the highest standard of grooming. In 2025, she began competing in grooming competitions to continue challenging herself and refining her craft.

When she’s not at the salon, Veronica enjoys crafting, hiking, hitting to the gym, trips to the shooting range and spending time with her cat, Cairo, and her lively Poodle, Penelope.

Elijah

Pet Stylist

Elijah has been grooming for over 10 years and has always felt drawn back to the profession he loves. After exploring other trades, he realized that working with pets was his true passion. While he enjoys grooming all breeds, his favorite is the Golden Retriever. Elijah values building strong relationships with his clients and their pets, and takes pride in providing consistent, quality grooms.

When he’s not grooming, Elijah enjoys spending time with his two children, Ryan and Raelynn, and their chonky cat, Pookie. He also loves cooking, playing video games, working on his car, and fishing.

Samantha

Pet Stylist

Samantha began her grooming career in 2014 with Petco, where she spent nearly nine years developing her skills. Grooming wasn’t a path she initially envisioned for herself, but it quickly became her passion — and now she couldn’t imagine doing anything else. She loves helping dogs feel their best and seeing the joy on their parents’ faces at pickup.

A true animal lover, Samantha shares her life with a Pomeranian, a hamster, and five tarantulas. Outside of the salon, she enjoys walking in the woods with her dog, coloring, playing video games, and singing along to her favorite music.

Kaley

Bather/ Pet Stylist Apprentice

Kaley has been working with animals for over seven years. While attending Salem State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she began her career at a doggie daycare. She later joined PetSmart as a bather, providing baths, brush-outs, and nail trims before transitioning into veterinary medicine. For the past six years, she has worked as both a veterinary technician and bather, giving her a strong background in pet health and hands-on care.

Kaley is especially attentive to pets with health concerns and is excited to further her grooming training next year to offer more services and haircuts to clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Gertrude, hanging out with friends and family, and making the most of everything her city of Salem has to offer. She also has a talent for darts!

Cecilia

Pet Stylist

Cecilia’s favorite breed to work with is the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, though she also enjoys grooming curly-coated breeds like Doodles, Bichons, and Poodles, where she can express her creativity through different styles and finishes. She is also skilled in hand-stripping, maintaining the traditional look of wire-haired breeds.

Passionate about keeping skin and coats healthy, Cecilia takes pride in helping every dog look and feel their best. She values continuing education and is always seeking new techniques to improve her craft, often through courses and industry events. At home in Hudson, MA, she shares life with her husband and their two dogs, a Westie and a Dalmatian.

Penelope

Salon Manager

Penelope is Veronica’s beloved Standard Poodle and the salon’s unofficial manager. Born on July 6, 2022, Penny’s favorite part of the day is greeting all of our furry guests. She adores other pets (even more than people!) so if she barks, don’t be offended; she’d just rather play with your dog. Penny has a special gift for helping new pets and puppies feel at ease, offering them playtime to make their grooming experience fun and exciting.

When she’s not at the salon, Penny keeps busy with training classes, hiking adventures with Veronica, squeaky toy play sessions, and playful chases with her brother, Cairo the cat.
